At Homansi, we are committed to delivering high-quality, well-fitted products that make you feel confident and stylish. However, if your order doesn’t fit or has any defects, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return or exchange process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

    • The product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

  1. Visit our Return/Exchange Portal: Click Here
  2. Enter your Order Number and Email/Contact Number, then click on ‘Find My Order.’
  3. Select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions.
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide further details via email or call.

Exchange Policy

  • If you opt for an exchange, the reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the exchange order amount.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will dispatch the requested size (if available).
    If the requested size is unavailable, store credits will be issued.

Return & Store Credit Policy

Homansi does not provide refunds in cash or bank transfers. Instead, we issue store credits valid for 1 month. 

  • Refunds for returns will be provided in the form of store credits valid for 1 month.
  • The reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer and automatically deducted from the store credit amount.
